Our approach
Our courses are relaxed, supportive and practical. Alongside the theory, you'll spend plenty of time experiencing Reiki, practising on others and building the confidence to continue your practice at home.
You don't need to consider yourself spiritual or intuitive. Everyone experiences Reiki differently, and learning to trust your own experience is part of the training.

Reiki Level 1
For complete beginners
You'll receive your Level 1 attunements, learn the foundations of Reiki and practise using it on yourself and others. By the end of the course, you'll be able to continue a Reiki self-practice at home and use Reiki to support friends and family.

Reiki Level 2
For those who have completed Level 1
You'll receive your Level 2 attunements, learn the Level 2 symbols and distance Reiki, and gain further experience working with others. For many students, this is the stage where they begin offering Reiki more formally.

Reiki Master
For those who have completed Levels 1 and 2
Deepen your practice, receive your Master attunement and learn the Master symbol and practices. Some students take this level as part of a professional path, while for others it's a personal one. You don't need to want to teach to become a Reiki Master.

Private group courses
If you have a small group of friends, family or colleagues who would like to learn together, get in touch. Depending on numbers and availability, we can arrange a dedicated course date for your group.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any previous experience?
No. Level 1 is designed for complete beginners. No experience of Reiki, meditation or energy work is needed.
Do I need to be able to feel energy?
No. Some people notice it strongly straight away, while for others it's more subtle.
There's no particular experience you need to have.
Can I learn Reiki just for myself?
Yes, it's very beneficial to learn Reiki, even just for your own personal development.
Can I work professionally with Reiki?
Yes. You can continue through the levels and build your practice and experience over time.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Every course includes a full manual and a certificate on completion.
Where are the courses held?
All our Reiki courses are held in person in St Bees, Cumbria.
What are the course times?
Courses run from 9:30am to 3pm each day. Levels 1 and 2 run over two days, and Reiki Master runs over three.
What happens after Level 1?
You'll spend time practising and integrating what you've learned. When you're ready, you can continue to Level 2.
